Here are some tips for overall hair health
Don’t over wash
Washing strips hair of natural oils. For healthier hair, try to limit shampooing to every 2 or 3 days

Eat a well balanced diet.
Take a multi-vitamin. Limit sugar, salt and animal fat.

Limit sun exposure
to prevent oxidation, which can play havoc with your hair color.
Brush gently and don’t over brush.
